| Confirmed stage times for Rebellion: TV & The Valentines play on Saturday 7th at 18:30 in the Empress Ballroom, The Valentines play their own set on Sunday 8th at 16:25 in The Arena. TV is also to be interviewed live on stage by John Robb as part of this year's Rebellion literary festival. Exact timing for this has still to be confirmed, but it will be sometime between 13:00 - 15:00 on Sunday 8th. |

| "Sparkle In The Mud" - the first volume of lost songs and demos from TV Smith, covering the period 1979 to 1983 - is confirmed for release on 24th May in the UK through Boss Tuneage records, catalogue number BTRCRSO43. Release date in Germany will be 27th May, also through Boss Tuneage. The new tvsmith.com webshop will go live for pre-orders on Earthbound weekend, May 15th, and those attending Earthbound will be able to buy exclusive advance copies at the gigs. |

Between 1980-1984, members of TV Smith's fan club received
a free fanzine, running from two to twenty pages, for 43 issues.
The entire series has now been archived on CD, 357 black/white
pages of text and images (.bmp) comprising a priceless 357
page archive not only of TV Smith, Adverts and TV Smith's
Explorers news, interviews, reviews etc, but also a wealth
of related artists... Richard Strange (including a 1981 interview),
Doctors of Madness (including a complete band history), Lords
of the New Church (three very early interviews, pre-first
album), Ian Mitchell Band, Last Touch, many more.
Includes discographies, biographies, family trees, press cuttings,
much more. Unpublished in any other form. Photos were taken
from one of no more than three surviving complete sets, and
reflect the occasionally haphazard photocopying that characterized
the series - however, all are readable, while the bmp/bitmap
format allows the user to print and reconfigure pages at will.
Disc also includes a couple of unpublished issues, and color
originals of several covers.
