Wow! This place is heaving tonight.

A massive receptive audience,

Jeez! I've slipped up! All this and two great guest beers and Leigh Heggarty is in the The Ruts DC band!

...And I'm in the car.

In the immortal words of John Lenon...

Let's hope it's a good one, with lots of beer.

Peace on you all.

What are your top 3 hobbies?

If I count my quest for learning true wisdom as 'work' rather than a hobby my favourite three hobbies and interest in my life are...

Beer (Real ale and Craft Beer - which I'm really into at the moment. I actually worked with a brewery last night. My favourite 20th Century brewery was Cotleigh and my favourite 21st Century Brewery is Elland - although theyu are under massive competition at the moment. The first breweries I fell in love with were Tetley's and then Taylors. The rest is history).

Music (most obsessively TV Smith - I'm also very loyal to several other bands and arists hence the tears watching The Mott The Hoople documentary DVD last night).

Super-heroes (I used to love DC and Marvel from a kid of seven. I'm now watching comics like The Avengers that I first read in 1965 on the big screen. I've been buying and reading The Legion of Super-Heroes for 47 years.

What are your favourite three hobbies?

TV Chat / Is 2012 TV Smith's Most Productive Year Ever?

Bar the obvious New You and Little Knocks I can only think of two 80's demo's that I've previously heard that slipped the net. A pretty all inclusive effort by Mr TV Smith. :D

TV Songs / Back To Back
« on: October 15, 2012, 09:16:50 PM »
What two TV Songs off any album would you most like to hear back to back live?

I'll kick off with two 'recent' releases...

Drowning On Dry Land

Dawning of False HOPEs

...Just realised clever TV played that at The HOPE Earthbound. :D

I've got to admit I just didn't see it coming.

Did you?

Tim Cross R.I.P.

In Tribute to The Great Tim Cross.

Currently in preparation: "Lucky Us: Unreleased songs and demos, Volume Two." After the untimely death of my great friend and musical partner Tim Cross, I'm working to get a fast release for the second volume of songs I worked with him on in the 80's. Titled after one of the songs we wrote together, this set contains some of Tim's most beautiful arrangements and keyboard work. It will be a fine tribute to him. TV

Still my most played songs in the world ever.

Everyone a diamond that sparkles so bright.

Thank goodness for Tim Smith, Tim Renwick and Tim Cross.

Lucky us.
