1  TV Smith / TV Songs / TV's Next Album (After Coming in to Land) on: May 12, 2013, 12:50:58 PM
Thought I' d start a new post as a few people have mentioned this.

From what I overheard at the merch stand TV is trying out the songs for his next album live, rather than in the recording studio at the moment.

Does anyone have a full list of all the new songs?

Be good to pick up some of the ones that slipped away too like Fix It and Wake Up.

As I mention elsewhere I overheard TV saying he's tialing out the new songs live rather than working on recording at the moment.

Does anyone have a list of all the new songs?

Great to see such a posiTV reaction to TV's songs and merch stand these days.

The merch stand was so coverred it was hard to get through to say goodbye.

Heard TV talking to a fan about his next album. Sounds like he's focused on playing it live at the moment.

Looking forward to it though. Cheesy
4  A World Of Our Own / World Of TUTS / Re: A Brave Farewell to a true hero; Backstage Bob aka The Great Mr C5 on: May 11, 2013, 05:34:38 PM
Life go's on.

C5 would defintley say live for today. Be happy.

It's funny as last night watching Louise Distras from the back of the room with Claret and Lisa, I went over to see TV and said "I feel like C5 wactching a gig from the back of the room".

Must admit I vastly prefer the front and that's where I went for TV's set.

Two great sets from the awesome Louise Distras and the leiving legend TV Smith.

Good to see you Claret.

Loved the Mallinsons Mosiac too.

Each year Tv seems to drink more and more real ale. Cheesy

I'd like to think we TUTS helped him develop such great taste.

Speaking of taste the new songs were my favourites on the night.

I was thinking this yesterday after again forgetting to make a proper song request to TV at Wakefield Hop. Wake Up was a bit of a big call!

Finland was mentioned. As the last one was in the UK the other obvious coice is Germany.

Fingers crossed.
7  A World Of Our Own / World Chat / Re: Ch-ch-ch-ch-da-David Bowie on: April 21, 2013, 07:20:13 PM
The new Bowie is a real grower.

The best he's done for decades.

Think I'll play it the next day.

...And the next.

Pretty cool to have first heard it with fellow Bowie fan, TV Smith.

Of course he 'got it' straight away. It took me a few weeks of playing it.

That's two of the tracks on the single that I bought at York.

Shades of Hate and Stand Strong Together are awesome.

Can't wait to see Louise and TV at The Hop.

I've a sneaking feeling she'll make number 1 next week.

Got me dreaming those pics.

Love to see a duet at The Hop!

Nah! Not me and TV...

Louise Distras and TV. That would be awesome.

Wicked Witch or Iconic Leader? Hard to think of a time when the nation was as split.

Interestingly, I'd just been to see Oz The Great and Powerful with my Mum.

Personally I wish it was Third Term that kept Oz off the top spot.

Loved Leigh's sleeve notes and the Load of Hay and Cheap reviews.

Star.
