I'm looking at Foremans Bar gig in Nottingham in October. I will get tickets when I'm next in town as it's probably the worlds smallest punk rock venue.

I used to be a member of the England a Members Club about 13/14/15 years ago? But that was disbanded when the FA decided all the members were racists. After being accused of that I really lost interest in them to be honest.
They are fairly rubbish to watch at the best of times. I've not got much time for premiership footballers - far too much money and massive egos.
I prefer my bargain basement football.

Yes it's hard work Fred. I follow Notts County (my home town team).
I also have a huge soft spot for Millwall and often go and see them.
My 'Scottish team' is the Queen of the South, cause my mates uncle was a director when we were kids.
So as you can see, following that 3 is a long hard slog and certainly not a glory hunt.

Typical Notts. Fans turned up, team let them down.
Why do we do it? If a musician was rubbish, would we turn up again and again in the blind hope that one day he might play something we enjoy?

Class of 80 (that's Mrs Class of 79) was on about this yesterday and saying she wants to go. Has anyone been, if so, is it any good?

TV Live / Re: How Many Times Have You Seen TV Live?
« on: August 11, 2015, 04:32:52 PM »
Not sure how many times I've seen TV live. I don't keep records like some seem to. I would guess it's about 15 times now.
I've got my eye on the gig at the Hairy Dog in Derby on 6 November.
Unfortunately that's the same night the Cockney Rejects are at The Maze in Nottingham. Think I will chose the TV gig though as the Rejects are very good at booking gigs and then backing out last minute.

Next Season's Fixtures:
Shrewsbury v. Millwall!

Just what a relegated team needs as it's first game of the season: An away game for a team lacking confidence against a promoted team overflowing with it... ::)
I went to this game, stood with Millwall fans. The Wall walked it really. I don't think they have much to fear in League 1.

I bought the new CD off TV after the gig in Nottingham at Foremans Bar.  As always a great CD that is up there with the best he has produced.
