TUTS exclusive
« on: August 04, 2003, 12:28:34 PM »
Word seems to have got around that I've been making radio-only promo singles of "One Million Pounds" and "Soon As I Found It I Lost It." I've a few of these singles left...they are exactly the same versions of the songs that will appear on the album in October, but if any of you TUTS just can't wait, I'm making these copies available to you. This offer will only apply for a couple of weeks and there are very limited numbers, so I'll be sending them on a first-come, first served basis, one copy per person. Price: 2.00 for the U.K., 5 Euros for the rest of Europe. (Sorry US TUTS, you'll have to wait!) Email me at tv@tvsmith.com if you'd like one of these promo-only singles. Anyone putting them straight on ebay will be excluded from any further offers!!

5 for "One Million Pounds"  and "Soon As I Found It I Lost It" or each 5?

what about the postage?
They'll tell you that they love you, like a spider loves a fly.

Both songs on one CD. :D
TV is charging different prices for Europe and the UK.
So unless he's a racist   , the different prices just reflect the more expensive postage to Europe.

This seems like a very good offer.  Basically you send TV 2 and in return he posts you 1,000,000.  I'll never have to work again.  Yippeee!
Or have I misunderstood something :?

I told my alter ego about it - but as we do not have a lot of money we decided to take just one copy for both of us  (sad but true: I do not even know anyone who might be interested in a copy  :? )

but I'm really looking forward to hearing at least two of the songs   (<- I'm already green with joy )

Certainly it was not me, as I didn't have much time recently for anything except short visits on this Forum...
I'm also looking forward to listen to the single :!:  Should be the highlight of the week (if it arrives this week)...   :D

I'm with you Jock - great stuff!

Love the totally different version of 1M - the band (and especially Mr Renwick's (I presume?) guitar) add a lot of power to what was always a powerful song live with just TV's guitar and voice!

Sounds like the three Timmies are on brilliant form - love the mandolin and fiddle too - touch of "March of the Giants" there - same musicians TV?

Also great to have "NIMN" on CD at last too!

Overall, CRACKING STUFF - roll on October...
TV SM!TH - for the beer and the company! (AND great songs too!)
