No, it's the set with him wearing those fluffy bunny ears. :D
But Markus has got the set with the stockings.
Guess, we are going to swap.

Hi TUTS,

As a  Life Coach I'm always wanting to help as many people as possible, but I find I just can't help everyone I come accross because there are so many people out there and so little time to share. For instance: I'd love to help a relative who is suffering from depression and my nephew who is soon to be leaving school to go out in the big wide world. I'd love to help Jock produce a Goal Map and plan and take the proactive action needed to buy his touring 'converted ambulance' van. I'd love to help Klaus with his heavy workload at home, work and play. I'd love to help Mrs F, as she is the only person on the forum to ask me about doing some Life Coaching with her. I'd love to help Markus to be more often be the great fun person he was when I met him in the 12 Bar Club. I'd love to help C5 to believe that the 80's Demo's are just as good as Channel 5. 8O   You get the picture.

Well I've just finished reading the best book I have ever read. It's also, the closest thing I have read to the Seven Steps To Self-fulfillment that I caoch people through at work. This is because I went on Goal Mapping training course with the authors a few years back and I have incorporated many of their teachings into my sessions.

It's called Life Mapping by Brian and Sangeeta Mayne. Brian calls himself a teller of old truths and he developed both Life and Goal Mapping, his partner Sangeeta is an experienced Life Coach.

Essentally the book is about this:

"Be your BEST you and you will naturally create your best life."

"Think your very best thoughts and you will trigger your best feelings which will influence your best actions and effectively create your best results."

The book helps you to find out what people think are the very best things about you. It helps you to capture the essence of the very best you in a Life Map that buries in your sub-concious and helps guide you through life.

To give you an idea of what I am talking about I'll share the words of my Life Map with you (no sniggering at the back!)

This is what I want to be:

LIFE PURPOSE: I Live In The Moment and Radiate Positivity.

MENTAL: I am the Lion and the Lamb.*

EMOTIONAL: I am Passion and Compassion.

PHYSICAL: I'm Alive with Energy and Enthusiasm.

MATERIAL: I am Rich in Happiness and Contentment.

SOCIAL: I Share my Gifts and Coach People to Transcend.

SPIRITUAL: I Believe in me and have Peace and Strength within me.

*Come on TUTS you knew I would get a TV Smith link in there somewhere
The Lion is the strong traits of Courage, Determination and Confidence.
The Lamb is the meek traits of Calmness and Patience.
According to TV The Lion and the Lamb is about getting the best out of life by being both strong and meek, at the right moments.

Mrs F and Fleag, as you have been so generous to me I have ordered you a copy so that you can go through Life Coaching without out having to look at this Northern Git! I know that you won't accept any cash off me and a book is a very special gift. :D

Many thanks for listening TUTS :D I'm honestly and sincerely just trying to help. I'd also like to apologise in advance if I have switched anyone off or in anyway annoyed anyone.

Okay Uli fire away

 8)

If interested, you can purchase the Life Mapping book direct from Brian and Sangeeta's site: www.liftinternational.com

i wanted something to add to this entry: honestly - i was moved to tears

it made me aware (again) of the fact that when i was younger, i thought that i can do anything, that there's a big wide world out there and i can achieve whatever i want to! these were the days when i was told that there's no big wide world out there and that i should stick to reality and that following my dreams won't get me nowhere! ('go to university, get a job, earn as much money as possible, buy a house, have children, live the life we expect you to live')
and then i turned to punk, luckily came across tv and you - well what should i say, my childhood-belief didn't return but during reading tj's entry I came to the conclusion that not all the people out there are sooo bad - and that gives me some hope
nce you hear the details of victory, it is hard to distinguish it from a defeat.

Gonna break out of this city
Leave the people here behind
Searching for adventure is the type of life to find
Tired of doing day jobs with no thanks for what I do
I'm sure I must be someone
Now I'm gonna find out who

8O It's the great power of sychronicity...

A series of events all linked together in a way that appears to be so much more that coincidence.

This 'Spookiness' is getting out of hand  8O

Today Carshalton Park a few doors down from us (not the one with lots of squirells) was full of, can you guess  :?:

Yes WINDMILLS  8O   8O

OK then to be more precise wind turbines.  It was the Envronmental Fair today and they were using these to power some of the music tents and stalls  8)

It such a refreshing event there are lots of stalls mostly with a peace or environemtal theme so you know there are lots of people out there doing their bit to improve the planet and the world  8)
