I've been listening to as much stuff by The Cramps as I can cram into the yawning gap between my ears.

They fill it, like expanding foam, in a most satisfying way.

There is something about a basic drum beat allied to an electric semi-accoustic reverbed up to 11 that is irresistible  :)

I got into the Cramps in a big way last year and acquired most of their back catalogue, and as a result have discovered some fantastic old rockabilly and 60's garage music that I had previously not heard of via the Song's The Cramps Taught Us anthologies.
Lux Interior another sad loss.

He sure was.

Glad you've gotten some old rockabilly under your belt too, Nick. There are rich seams of musical gold to be mined out there :)

"Come on spring"...

Antenna was the collaboration of The Hoodoo Guru's Dave Faulkner and his long time friend Kim Salmon (The Scientists). "Come On Spring" was the only single from their sole album Installation.

Well I was looking for this one, because it reflected my sentiments towards the "nice" weather (snow) last night...  ::)
I heard the song first in a version by Mick Harvey (who used to play with Nick Cave etc.) a couple of years ago on a cd which came with a music zine...
