The thing I like about TV's lyrics are his play on words where he perverts well known phrases, my favourite (I think) is 'the tried and twisted crew', and 'the pacifist bomb squad blown to parts' is probably a close second.

I first saw TV play solo at the Hull Poetry festival and in many ways that sums up his music for me - Migt sound daft but has TV ever thought of releasing a poetry book with them all in working with a decent illustrator/photographer to bring them to life?

Hi Alan,

I know what you mean and I totally agree.
Those phrases really leave a mark in someone's brain.

Doing some kind of poetry book isn't that unlikely, I think.
There might be a book with his diaries. So why not a book with his lyrics?
