Death of the Old Forum !
« on: May 02, 2002, 11:03:51 PM »
Hey Klaus,

Just out of curiosity clicked on the link to the Old Forum.. Oh..OK I hit the wrong button then......

As you now have a permanent connection error on this page do you think its time to lay the Old Forum to rest. :?:
I mean if I hadnt mis-typed I'd have never looked at it again because the new forum is in a different league.
Sorry but am I being a bit progressive here  :?:
Out with old in with the new I say

Death of the Old Forum !
Hi PK,

had to erase the files of the old forum during my heavy space problems on the server last week.
As I couldn't reach anyone to give me more space I had to make room by myself. Also deleted some parts of the archives.
Those were restored as as soon as I had enough space. Somehow I forgot about the old forum.  :P

If no one complains, I am going to do what PK proposes and lay the old forum to rest. :|
Anybody insisting on a poll about the new forum :?:

Save The Old Forum Campaign
Hi K & PK,

May I be the first to kick off the campaign to save the old forum :?:

I really liked the old forum (okay not as much as this one guys) and if space permits I would like to see it preserved. I had plans to copy over some posts on to the new forum for interest and discussion :)

I can see PK's point but to be fair how many times did he use the old forum compared to the new one :P

Ah it's great to start up campaigns and throw some spanners in the works

Not surprising as you put most of the posts on there  :!:

Come on mate as you've said many times in "Wise Words" TV inspires you to think and move forward. So move FORWARD and forget the old Forum wont you.

TV To Only Play New Songs!!!
(_!_) PK,

That's like saying TV shouldn't play anything pre Generation Y. The new ways may be best but that doesn't mean old stuff is shite

Oh you "Bitch" TJ,

You dont play fair

I would never bring TV's songs into this "heated" debate but since you mention it does'nt TV's songs go forward. He isnt trying to live the past as his recording over the years shows
Dont forget the past but dont live in it

Get with the program and embrace the future, dammit  :!:

Hi PK

I prefer As Soon As I Found It I Lost It to New Church but it doesn't mean I don't ever listen to New Church anymore :?

In other words I prefer the new TV forum to the old one but it doesn't mean that I don't ever enter the old forum to have a look round :D

Hey PK you once told me what you didn't like and it was a very passionate belief. Well I don't like someone taking away my freedom of choice. I don't believe I have to sell my soul and do what everybody says 8)
