Monday, 13th December, 2004.

Richard Strange and TV Smith.

Tickets are £5. It is £6 on the door.

The doors to the lounge where the gig will take place open at 8:00p.m.
The New Roscoe now has a license that enables to Landlord to stay open until midnight.

The New Roscoe, Bristol Street, Sheepscar, Leeds. Telephone number 0113 246 0778.

The New Roscoe Website:

The New Roscoe Main Home Page:

Take the M1 North and take the M621 at Junction 43. Follow the signs for the City Centre and bus station.

When making your way to the gig the best thing to do is to head for the Leeds Playhouse opposite the Bus Station. If in a car you can park at the Leeds Playhouse and walk or if early drive to The New Roscoe and park in their small car park.

Place the Leeds Playhouse on your right and the Bus Station on your left and move along Saint Peters Street following the signs for the A61 to Harrogate. The journey will now take just half a mile.

Take the 2 Oíclock turning at the first roundabout and go under the flyover and proceed along Regent Street until you reach another roundabout. You can see the mural painted on the side of The New Roscoe from the roundabout. At the roundabout you need to pull off the A61 and take the 1 Oíclock turning along Cross Stamford Street at a sharp first left up Bristol Street. The New Roscoe car park is on your left.

The Eagle Tavern, North Street, Leeds. Telephone number: 01132 457146.
Cheap and just two minutes walk from teh gig.

Drink wise Iíd go into The New Roscoe tap room. Itís not great, but I have arranged for some decent ale and it should be on in the tap room as well. You canít call it a Xmas Party without having something decent to drink. The beer will be Strange Bloody Xmas by Eastwood & Sanders award winning brewery. Itís a light, golden, tasty little number at 4.4%. Obviously the pump clip will feature Richardís surname. This is the first time Richard has had a beer named after him. The pump clip features a chainsaw to link in with TVís new single.

For food the best place fairly near the gig is Pizza Express next to the Corn Exchange, which is half a mile behind the bus station.

Please post any questions in the other section on the gig.
