I started to watch 'live' but my link kept freezing. This happens a lot with FB feeds.

So I watched it this morning.

Excellent.

Greetings one & all.

I have found 2 items of interest from You Tube, which are linked below

1 is of a On-Line gig Tim did for Crossroads Countdown Festival on 08/06/20. It is 99% the "acoustic sessions" already published plus La Grosse Prise

1 is a interview from Way Our Radio from 2 weeks ago, no music but interesting chat

and the 3rd is of Cheap - John Peel Sessions from 25/01/88.  This is the whole JP show and gives some more "missing gigs" for the records.

Also on YT the is also a JP Session from 05/01/88, but this is only the 4 songs played in the show mentioned above.  I think that the poster has the wrong date 05/01 instead of 25/01.  I am going for the latter as it is the complete show.

Anyhow, all the info will be posted in the archives shortly.

For those of you who watched the online Zoom gig hosted by some German fans in November...V2 is coming this Tuesday. Same deal as last time, 10 euros to receive the link to let you in - and hopefully this time you'll have less of a problem receiving it! Here's the event page: https://www.facebook.com/events/161612512379311/

Re the Cheap Peel Session, 5/01/88 is the date that the recording was made and the later 25/01/88 is the broadcast date.

The 5th tape is in a different order than the broadcast

There's a link with the full Peel broadcast that gives the same information as to the dates i.e. the 5th was the recording date and the 25th the broadcast date:
https://peel.fandom.com/wiki/25_January_1988
This is the same info as the Peel Sessions book that I got the dates from.
Not sure why the other YouTube post has the tracks in a different order unless they've been rebroadcast more recently?
