The only live gigs I went to in 2011 featured a drumming Leech, TV Smith and a spider on guitar called Mars.

I'm yet to see TV play this year..... and unless anything changes then I will not catch him until Rebellion, mind you 3 performances over 3 days will improve my average!

There isn't a gig-iography - is there? I would need to use that to try to pick out the ones I remember attending.
Looking at all your lists in this thread, I think it's about 20 times.
My first was a gig no-one seems to mention here. It was upstairs at the Garage, Islington around Sep - Nov 1995. I remember TV running through a few songs (mostly from 'Immortal Rich') and then announcing he had not played any Adverts songs since the 1970s....'until now....' and then he launched into a few of them. I felt privileged at the time to have been amongst the first to have heard those songs performed live for nearly two decades. After the gig, I spoke to TV, bought 'Immortal Rich' from him and was astounded to see Gaye....well, I had no idea they had been together in the first place never mind for all of those years. I blurted out something stupid like....' wow...I used to have a poster of you on my wall'... (I've still got it somewhere - a Record Mirror one). This is my 'greatest gig' the 1990s.
From then on, I went to just about every gig in London - there were a pile of them at the Garage and the Verge. At a couple of the garage gigs, I met the son of Paul Jones (1960s pop star with Manfred Mann), who was a TV fan and who had seen the Adverts live, sadly he was estranged from his dad and hadn't seen him in years.
I was at what I think was the first official TUTS gig (some pub with blue walls); others I remember are one in Cambridge (the Portland Arms - near Cambridge City FC's ground), one in a pub in Surrey, one in Camden supporting Alternative TV, one all day Xmas thing (alongside UK Subs, Sham 69 etc.), the Crossing the Red Sea gig, Tom Robinson Xmas party (in 1998/99) and Madam JoJos.
More recently, I've not been paying attention and have missed most recent gigs in London - but I'm going to start putting that right, starting at Bar 12 tonight.

Yes - that's me!
Still picking over the gig list - there's definitely some gaps during 1995-98, when I never missed a TV gig in or around London - and there were quite a few. The 2nd or 3rd gig was a strange one - in south London about April '97, where there were chairs for everyone to sit down (like a village hall)....I remember asking TV afterwards when 'Cast Of Thousands might come out on CD (having been unavailable for years) and he said he was working on it, but the problems were that he didn't own his own songs and his influence over the owners (publishers?) was limited......isn't the music biz wonderful!

It sure was Rob and Fleag, It was the Erik Russell 'Tomahawk Cruise > Last Words of The Great Explorer' gig at The Verge prior to Earthbound 1 at Southwick.
It was the first ever meeting of The TUTS.
