Another spooky story from the dream weekend  8O

About a week ago passing a book shop I spotted a book by one of my favourite authors I duly purchased it and brought it along for the train journey  :)

The boys were discussing mobile phones etc so I decided to read my book, when they finished I put down the book on the table, TV picked up the book looking amazed  :?

Apparently the review on Getting There had compared TV to the author Chris Stewart and TV had no idea who Chris Stewart was, but lo and behold who was my book by, but one and the same Chris Stewart, so the mystery was solved  8)

Chris Stewarts first book was an international bestseller and won anewcomer of the year award, so heres hoping TV's book can also reach the same dizzy heights of literature  :D

In fact there is more in another thread:
http://www.tvsmith.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2754

I bought it in Essen, haven't finished yet...
Some stories seem familiar to me, probably because I read the online diaries. (Have the feeling that some have been edited though.)

If you thought that being a famous musician with a top of the pops appearance and a hit single led to a glamorous life style, then read this book.A remarkable tale of how one man takes on the world as he strives to keep music real and for the people within an industry that doesn't care.

Written with humour and an easy to read style, you will not be able to put this book down as TV Smith goes from one town and one gig to another carving out his career on a shoestring budget

Enjoy this book

You surely will

Any reviews of the book?

What are your thoughts T.U.T.S?

For me I always knew TV toured on a shoe string but some of the passages were shocking. Sleeping bags, sharing bunk beds with kids etc

I never realised quite how much on a shoe string TV toured

However somehow it manages to bring TV closer to us T.u.t.s

A brilliant book that I read from start to finish and couldnt put down.

And I loved the humour

What do you all think T.u.t.s?
