Who?  ???
Anyway, a quick search brought up a few posts, this used to have photos in it, but most of 'em don't show any more:

I have linked up TJ (remember him) and Dave Thompson.  There were a few errors in the original book, so hopefully they will all be amended this time around.

Well I would've thought they'd already been in touch for a long time (judging from posts here back in the day).  ???
Seems like Tj lost his "link" to some people (incl. this forum) since he changed from computer to smartphone...  ::)

First part of the updated "Your Ticket Out of Here: TV Smith - A Performing History (volume one: 1973-1992)"

Interesting! Does anyone know how many volumes (parts) there will be? 2 or 3?

Thanks for the quick reply.
Seeing the many releases TV put out between 2008 and 2014 (3 studio albums, acoustic album, live album, 2 albums of unreleased demos, remastered re-releases, tour diaries), I guess there is a lot to be written about in volume 2 (or 3)...

My copy was waiting for me when I got home from work today. I've not had chance for a good perusal but on first impressions, it's a bit of a disappointment. The title's misleading, it actually stops in November 1991 without anything from 1992 - 'March Of The Giants' maybe? Although 1991 is a good point to break with the end of Cheap. It's basically a reprint of the original release with odd snippets added e.g. "Sleaze was finally given a full release in 2012......" The appendix looks quite interesting though with an (incomplete - the author's word not mine) A-Z of Sleaze, Adverts, Explorers & Cheap band members other projects. Nice picture of TV on the front though! I guess there wasn't much new information to add to the original so if you've got that, look forward to Volume 2!
