I had the great pleasure of meeting Jock at Hustlers in Dundee last week when I went to see the Arturoless 999 (now a 3 piece). TV is there in March with Jock's band supporting.

it was far from a one off- Nick, Guy and Dan Tozer just did a big european tour. I really hope it's not permanent though.

You certainly could Alan, although I live in Burnley strangely enough I was working in a place Called Langho today about 2miles from Clitheroe!!
Going to set off early for Wellingborough on thursday though and give myself every chance of getting there.

Doubt if I'll make it tomorrow if the weather stays like this. My wife and her sister had to turn back today as they tried to get to a funeral. Is it really better down your way Alan?

I'm feeling doubtful now - apparently it's 'double-digit' negative temperatures tonight..... I will see what they are saying late this afternoon but I might need to give it a miss; Bummer!

As long as the roads have been cleared of snow and ice, it should be ok to drive at minus degrees (I know wot I'm talking about, it's cold here too...). As long as it doesn't continue to snow and the roads don't freeze over again, there shouldn't be too many problems.  8)
Just around the corner and miles away...

Its been snowing very hard here all morning and the forecast is for it to continue and the temperature to drop to -10 tonight, so I'm not even going to try to go I'm afraid. Very sorry to miss the show and the chance to catch up with some of the TUTS, but I don't trust my driving in this awful weather. The curse of "Sawyers" strikes again as we missed this one last year due to the snow!
