I'll be in Jockland on me hols in a fortnight's time, so I'll sup some local ale at some point.

Otherwise, it's the good Guinness or cider for me.

"Jockland"?!!!

That's rather racist isn't it?

We prefer the full title of Chilly Jockoland (as copyrighted by Jimmy Greaves on "The Saint and Greavsie") please Slaughterboy!

'Chilly Jockoland' if you prefer, then!  :)

Still have no doubt I'll be needing to lash the huskies to the car, put on the thermals and don the snowshoes.

Much as I like Scotland, the weather can be a bit inclement up there!  ;)

We're going on to Newcastle after Scotland - they view bikinis as being a bit over-dressed up there!

That's interesting. This very day my next door neighbour was telling me how bad Scottish beer is.

Of course I put him straight.

I mean my favourite brewery of the year (so far) is Scottish.

Mind you this crap Scottish beer of the past might well explain why Lord Pie in the Skye drinks all that lager tosh. Poor boy was sacrred for life.

If you like beer great read this...
