What does it mean when a visitor to the site is "hidden" and why would you want to hide from us nice TUTS?!

I believe there's a way to view the Forum without anyone knowing it's you online. Why anyone would want to do that is beyond me. Unless they owe you money of course...:)

Yep, you can "hide your online status". I never bothered to do so...
And don't forget, the mods/admins can see who's online incl. the hidden ones.
I can only guess some want to avoid being flooded with PMs while they're online?  ;)
