Latest on "Early-Bird" tickets:

"Ok - we're in the process of updating the website ready for next years festival. However, tickets are already available from us for the early price of £95 (inc VAT). This is a saving of AT LEAST £20 if you buy defore 31st October. Debit / Credit Card call 02476 601678 (booking fee applies) or Cheque made payable to Rebellion Festivals Ltd and post to: 65, Whitecross Rd, Hereford, HR4 0DQ. Please include SAE. Dates for next year are AUGUST 2,3,4 and 5 at the Wintergardens, Blackpool."

The 'phone line wasn't updated yet. If you 'phone it there's still the message telling you to buy tickets on the door.

It will be sorted soon apparently.

And apart from D.O.A. anyone know any other bands confirmed yet?

I hate change too. It makes an unsightly bulge in your trousers. I prefer crisp new notes myself.

And with Rancid confirmed we can probably expect a very different crowd to be buying tickets. Also, the advantage to them playing, is that it'll be so much easier to get a good spot in front of the other stages when they're on. I certainly won't be watching them again.
