Sometimes, you can take being a fan too far

You think (re-)naming myself TV Schmid would not be a good idea?  :-\

Bloody Hell! It took me half an hour of trying to get a ticket for Kraftwerk. I haven't seen demand for tickets like it since I bought T*k* Th*t! tickets for my wife - or were they for TJ?

Anyone remember TJ?

You could never accuse The Ramones of ripping off Kraftwerk musically, but I think Dee Dee wearing Joey's glasses would look like Ralf in this show from 1970:

https://thevinylfactory.com/news/a-new-documentary-about-legendary-west-german-music-producer-conny-plank-is-on-the-way/
Quote
The doc is a collaborative effort co-directed by Reto Caduff and Plank’s son Stephan.

“I discovered his work in the early ’80s when albums by Eurythmics or Ultravox, Les Ritas Mitsouko, Freur or by German new wave acts such as Ideal, Rheingold or DAF had the Conny Plank credit on the cover. Little did I know at that time of his earlier influence: that he brought Kraftwerk to the recording studio for the first time…” said Caduff speaking to The Wire.

Sadly, this list is incorrect. You should obviously listen to The Man Machine/Die Mensch-Maschine first, and then everything else in any order!
