Nah.

I quite liked a few singles, and Jock convinced me to see them last time they played Rebellion, but they were boring and I had to leave after about 30 minutes. Arturo Lurker's Punketry and Western proved far more entertaining. The version he did with Texas Terri of Johnny Cash/June Carter's "I'm going to (Blackpool) Jackson" will live long in the memory!

Boo! Brings back memories...

The Siouxsie booking rumour was told to me last week buy a guy I bumped into at half time at the Newcastle v City game-so obviously a reliable source! He seemed sure though.
Dept. S were surprisingly good last time they played.
The Forum Walters? Never heard of them, odd name but looking at this-they may be worth checking out;

The line up's looking good although no one startingly new to Rebellion, but subject to the usual clashes I'm looking forward to seeing:

NO FX  - should be fun!
KILLING JOKE - possibly, they have some great songs, but not really my thing
STIFF LITTLE FINGERS - maybe but not as inflammable as they used to be
 THE DICKIES - I musty see! :)
SLAUGHTER AND THE DOGS - possibly, if Fred's there he'll probably drag me....
 D.O.A. - yep, although I don't really know them
 THE DICTATORS NYC - definitely!
REAGAN YOUTH - I'll pop my head round
UK SUBS - Yeah! So good at gigs lately
RUTS DC - stunning last year, so must catch them
 GBH - Definitely!
THE CHAMELEONS - not seen them since 1983; In Shreds!
 SNFU - Yep!
TV SMITH & THE BORED TEENAGERS PLAY THE ADVERTS - heard they might be good...
 LEFTOVER CRACK - Yes!
ENGLISH DOGS - just to tick them off my list
MEN THEY COULDNíT HANG - must dust off my old albums... I'll be there
 ANTI PASTI - - yes!
THE STUPIDS - at least the fist song...
SPIZZ ENERGI -got to be, wonder which band he'll have?
ZERO BOYS - Yes, well Peter's bound to be there!
STEVE IGNORANT & PARANOID VISIONS - Yes!
 ALTERNATIVE TV - Yes
 999 - for a boogie
DEPARTMENT S - I'll help them look for Vic, excellent a few years back
 GOLDBLADE - growing on me
JAYA THE CAT - excellent last year
THE THREE JOHNS - another band I've not seen since the mid-80's, used to be stunning!
 RANDOM HAND
STEVE IGNORANTíS SLICE OF LIFE (full band) - a lot of Steve Ignorant this year....
HAGAR THE WOMB - never seen 'em so like to check them out
THE LURKERS - good old Arthur
 THE PUKES - great fun
PETE BENTHAM & THE DINNER LADIES - like a bit of kitchenware
PARANOID VISIONS - maybe they'll be sober this year?
 CRAVATS - always great
RUBELLA BALLET - excellent a couple of years back and now with a new album
PROTEX - awful a few years back, but love 'I can't Cope' so I may risk it
CYANIDE PILLS - and I must get their new album
 NOTSENSIBLES - classic!
SPLODGENESSABOUNDS - as long as he leaves off poor Cliff
CHURCH OF CONFIDENCE - Berlin's finest
 EASTFIELD - for the bounce
ARGIES (ARGENTINA) - might even wear my t-shirt
EVIL BLIZZARD - intrigued by this mob
 PINK HEARSE - possibly
DUN2DEF - not seen them in ages
 JON LANGFORD - definitely!
HEALTHY JUNKIES - they get better and better
THE RAMONAS - look and sound great on youtube and I missed them last year
DIRTBOX DISCO - favourite new band of the moment (well along with the Subtitles & the Pale Faces)
SPUNK VOLCANO AND THE ERUPTIONS - great songs, another must see

And more bands to add.....
