I know what you mean I love.

Reading about places I know is one of the thrills about Getting There.

A chapter on a UK tour would be cool in a future volume.

I'm really enjoying Heligoland. There's something special about reading TV's tour diaries. They help me make my escape.

Oh yes, Schwäbisch Gmünd is a little bit spezial, and I was there on this gig in January 2009, it was very very cold in ''schwäbisch Sibirian'', just load up a view photos on FB. Too bad that you have not accepted my invitation.  ;D

He might accept it, but then won't look at the photos, even if you post them directly to his profile...
Send them via email, then he'll see them.  8)

Please resend the invitation. Which Facebook site did you send it to.

As mentioned before, and as Uli points out, I don't proactively use Facebook.

I can't repeat an invitation, I can't also send any photos in the chronic as long as we're not friends. Maybe Uli can do that. I can send you a message. I did this for both your applications now.

It would be useless, as Tj obviously doesn't ever log in at FB...
I will try and see if I can make the pics visible here, but not sure (for some reason, it didn't work with my Pale Ale pic).

Here are some (not all) of the pics:

Well it's not coming until after Toy Dolls tour, so then only  month to Xmas.  I read on holiday over Christmas on a nice sunny beach.

I could hold off no longer and started the book yesterday, nice to see plenty of train journies (nerdy voice!) and Rail Replacement services in East Kent....

Heres to Volume 5

That's what I was thinking DJ. I'd love to watch it (and the original We Who Wait documentary by Jamie that started and ended with New Day Dawning).

Many thanks for the photo's Uli and I love. :D

Really loves the little gems in the tour diaries where TV mentions his songs, the actual songs played at the gig and any recording. In chapter 7 'Slippy' TV takes us through the recording of Concrete Jungle (without mentioning the song titke) and the electric guitar tour in snow slippy Finland. That led me to watch the electric guitar versions of Complaints Department and Runaway Train Driver on You Tube. :D

I haven't got this one yet (will probably at the next gig in Feb), but TV already announces part 5 for 2014 - sadly says it's gonna be the final part, why? (Unless TV stops touring, there could be part 6, even if it takes some years until it's out...)

Leipzig, Germany March 6th - March 8th:

In the first of a three day run of appearances at Stoned, TV reads from his Tour Diary books - with a few solo songs thrown in too!

Even though I would have other books to read, curiosity took over and I started this instead (which I'd bought this week at the gig), just couldn't stop... (Well TV said the next one is already on the way...)
