We are off to lobby a Labour MP (whose a Blairite) at Thornton Heath on Friday so I am revamping my TV Lyric plackard 'Are you guaranteed a place when they build the master race'  I am making the words a bit bolder.

But: I don't know if someone remembers, but when I started this forum, there was a section called 'Politics' which was deleted after a few weeks, as no one wanted to post in it.
So I am very happy that there now seems to be demand for such a section.

Didnt someone else mention doing this war section ?   :?

anyway.... i had a m8 of mine down visiting yesterday , hes served 25
years as a para and a member of the SAS , allthough he isnt allowed to talk about that yet  :wink:   He was saying that its a really bad time to be involved with the army right now , with troops being away from there wives  and famillys allready for 8 months , getting climatised in the desert
before the war begins .  

He was saying that some troops are allready cracking because of the heat and sand   , theres NO escape from the sand which seems to get into every pore on your body , Its like being tortured .

They reckon that the war will last only a few weeks , but soldiers will have to stay there for years to keep the place under control , which means some soldiers will not be back home for a long time to come .....SOD being in the army !

Maybe a list of all the dictatorships the USA supported or/and brought into power? :?  :x
