Looks like the predicted post-Brexit recession is starting to build:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/09/17/brexit-deal-threatened-with-veto-by-four-countries-unless-theres/

Quote
A group of four central European countries have threatened to veto Theresa Mayís Brexit deal unless she guarantees their citizens the right to work in Britain.

In a dramatic warning on Saturday, the Prime Minister of Slovakia said his country - along with Hungary, Poland, and the Czech Republic - were ready to block any agreement between Britain and the EU.

Mrs May is preparing to negotiate with the EUís other 27 member states on the terms of Britainís exit from the European Union.
She is under pressure from banks and other businesses to protect Britainís access to the EUí single market but is also facing demands from her own MPs and other politicians to strip European migrants of the automatic right to move to Britain for work.

The uncertain status of EU nationals living in the UK is ďone of our main cardsĒ in the Brexit negotiations with the bloc, Liam Fox has said.

He doesn't go nearly far enough! If I had my way I'd send the whole human race back to Africa where we came from - and good riddance!

Have you noticed that the few votes cast in the poll above resemble the gun we may have shot ourselves in the foot with!

Went to see Stewart Lee last night.

He does a whole thing about Brexit which is very cutting edge, but my favourite bit was when he said:

"...You don't have to worry about feeling like a fascist for voting Out:

C*nts voted Out, too...
  ;D

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2016/10/08/australian-negotiators-arrive-to-begin-post-brexit-trade-talks/

Quote
Australian officials are ready to begin work on a free-trade deal with the UK, and have recently flown in to begin hammering out the details of a landmark pact, the countryís top official in Britain has revealed.

A deal could make goods such as wine, beef and dairy products cheaper as UK shoppers would no longer have to pay the EUís import taxes, while Australia is a big buyer of British cars.

Every time I see something extolling the virtues of Brexit, it carries the same rider: 'Could...'

Can't rely on maybes - now there's a great song title, waiting for matching lyrics!  :)
