Cross party politicians unite to support Musicians Against Homelessness.

Cross-party band MP4 release MP4 EP5 and single today ‘Do You See Me?’ written for MAH in support of Crisis

The EP was launched last night with a gig in the House of Commons State Rooms - the ONLY band in history that has been given permission to perform there - with thanks to Speaker John Bercow.

Celebrities, music industry and MPs from all parties attended and supported the launch night.

The band state: “When Musicians Against Homelessness approached MP4 to put on a gig in the House Of Commons we knew we had to say yes. Not only did we agree to their request, but also we pledged to release a record to highlight the cause.

“Homelessness is a complex issue requiring more political action. But we also know, as a cross-party group of MPs, that to get results we need to keep awareness high. That is why we didn’t hesitate to answer the challenge from MAH.”

‘Do You See Me?’ is the lead single from the band’s newest release - EP5

The single was produced by Simon Darlow who has worked with artists including Shirley Bassey, Grace Jones & The Orb. The song was co-written by Simon with band member Kevin Brennan MP.

EP5 was produced and mixed by the legendary Robin Millar who has produced recordings by artists such as Big Country, Fine Young Cannibals & The Style Council.
