What Does TV Think Of This Forum & The TUTS Fan Club?
« on: May 10, 2003, 05:42:19 PM »
I thought I'd copy over these interesting comments from TV that he made in the Sonic Wave interview with bbq in Spain recently

BBQ: Your website at www.tvsmith .com is one of the most "alive" sites I've ever visited. You even have something like a fan club travelling to see your shows everywhere (the TUTS), a very active forum where your lyrics, live shows etc... are discussed and commented... how do you feel about this?

TV: I like to think of it as a bunch of friends rather than fans, even though most of them have never met each other. I'm really proud of the reputation the forum on the site has of being 'the friendliest forum on the net.' I think it's true that if people are into the same kind of music, they're likely to get on with each other, that's what makes a forum like the one on the site work...the people on it already have a connection because they're tuning in to the same ideas in the music.

Right on Teev :D Nice one bbq :D

Yep, the friendliest forum on the net, despite recent events!

I've met most of the regular TUTS and you know that you are a great bunch, but I even feel that I know lots of you guys that I've never met. "Newer" regulars like slaughterboy and Nick have slotted in really well and I'm sure are also great people.

Mind you, there's always Steve the Fish... I don't like it when he's too quiet. It's just like those old westerns - right before the arrows start flying!!!

That's a TV Smith special - see if he has any left by email Nick.

Oh, and ask if he's got a "small" for me!

What the hell have Alan and GJ ever done to you Uli?!

You TUTS are so colour full.

I prefer claret.

Or maybe purple!
