If you haven't seen 'Threads' for a while, its worth another look:

Just spent the last 2 hours watching 'Threads' again.
Still as harrowing despite the mentions of the 'Soviet Union'.
Russia and The Middle East still as likely to be the spark as anything I suppose.
If it happens I hope the first one drops on my head.

I sent the link to it to my niece recently as she wanted to understand a bit more about what it was like to live during the Cold War. It certainly made a huge impression on her.

It makes America's 'The Day After' seem like a walk in the park by comparison!
