Looks like 2017 is taking up where 2016 left off.

Depressing...

Well, when I grew up, most of my fave musicians were like 10-15 years older than me. Of course the musicians who "influenced" them were again 10-15 years older (or more)... The "heroes" of the 50's and 60's are old men now.  :(
However, the only thing we can do is being thankful for those talents we had!

And we may not forget to value the talents who are still here!! So I will continue going to gigs and buying records. Hopefully this year I can see some old faves and maybe some I've never seen live before.  8)

As I've mentioned previously,  I'm a big Mott fan.

Sad day...

I liked/had a crush on her when I was far too young a kid to understand why!

I'm pleased to announce that Frank Ancona, the imperial wizard of the Traditionalist Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, was found dead in suspicious circumstances on Saturday near Belgrade, Missouri.

There's one we won't miss.

I think he was the guy that told Louis Theroux that he hated black people, but he but also played metal guitar, and told him how much he loved Jimi Hendrix!

Sounds like a whitewash to me!
